1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Marsa Angels platform (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Marsa Angels S.A.O.C., a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and an accredited investor as defined by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) of Oman to participate in investment activities on the Platform. Companies seeking funding must be registered legal entities in good standing.
3. Investment Risks
All investments through our Platform carry significant risk, including the possible loss of all capital invested. Past performance is not indicative of future results. AI scoring and due diligence tools are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice. Always seek qualified financial advice before making investment decisions.
4. Secondary Market
The secondary market feature allows trading of private equity shares subject to applicable Omani securities laws. All trades are subject to a 0.25% trading fee. The Platform does not guarantee liquidity or the ability to sell shares at any particular price.
5. Privacy and Data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Omani data protection regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in market manipulation, money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Omani law or CMA regulations. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Muscat, Oman.
